             When it comes to foods many of us lose that control factor of what is healthiest.Fast foods is known to be very found of across the world nation. Mc.Donald’s, Jack in the Box,Taco Bell and many more. That was the issue that came across  in my family, my mother always had our days she’d treat us out. As a kid I always enjoy’d eating, Mc.Donald’s being able to get a hold of a, “Happy meal!” I for one was most fond of it came with a few selection including a toy inside,but the older I’ve gotten I have begun to gain weigh. As fast food became a self craving addition in my life I no longer had control of my body. Stages of emotions came to effect being picked on for being over weight and at a path of diabetes. I looked at myself one day a being aware of what would happen if i continued to have those bad habits. Its was frightening so I mad the choice to change my ways and live a healthier life style. I’d wake up ever morning forcing myself to at least run a few miles,lifting weight and portion my food. when it came down to it i had shown progress with a different body feeling healthier then ever. I was amazed and proud of myself i could have been a victim,but I mad that choice to do something about it.In the end it pay’d off and im feeling great about myself even now.

             One thing people need to realize is that fast food can become a health risk factor.we are constantly at risk of temptation when we come across fast food joints. I believe that obesity is the new lifestyle disease of America.Sadly, sadly even children are a part of this trend.As much as fast food might sound delicious and convenient when you decide to grab a bit while in a hurry. It can really harm the body function surly,but slowly.Most of us wonder about the root cause of our excessive weight gain. Maybe the foods we eat hold the answer to our problems. So they say you are what you eat,but threw my experience of it you aren’t. It’s all the ingredients in the foods that change your body and mind set reactions and behavior. Now if you were to walk in at a fat food joint an ask for a chart of calories by law they have to. when it comes down to seeing it all people are astound of what there eating mostly disgusted. Foods with preservatives,anti biotic’s,hormones and many others not aware of. This all leads to cause of health problems as the body slowly begins to shut down  and lose its capabilities of living a normal live. So it comes down to it having a home cooked meal is as healthy as it get.
